Kim was a huge asset to our family when selling our mom’s home!  From the moment we met, she was empathetic about the situation, shared great insights, and gave us specific feedback that helped sell our home quickly and at a competitive price. There was never a time that I couldn’t get in touch with her if I had a question or concern. She was patient with my many questions and shared great contractor contacts that provided affordable and professional work. Most of all, Kim does her homework. She knows the market and watches market trends. Kim had a clear marketing plan and could anticipate buyers’ requests so we were prepared when it came time to negotiate. We truly cannot recommend Kim enough! As first-time home sellers, we went into the process feeling incredibly overwhelmed and stressed, and she stepped in and made such a huge difference. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step so we always understood what was happening and what to expect. She was responsive, reassuring, and always made us feel like we were being taken care of instead of having to figure everything out on our own. I can't say enough positive things about Kim -- she is amazing at her job and you should just choose to work with her.  Here are some of the reasons why.  1 - She is an incredibly hard worker.  She's the sort of person who is always on top of her emails, texts, and calls to you and to all parties involved in buying or selling your home. 2 - She's exceptionally knowledgeable. Kim not only knows home values and market dynamics, but she has a solid network of vendors if you'd need their assistance. She knows what it takes to get the job done in ways that stand out from others. 3 - Kim is an extraordinarily decent and kind person.  She is a great listener, respectful, and professional. She genuinely cares about the clients whom she serves, which isn't something that you can take for granted. Finally, she delivers results. Kim was successful in helping us sell our family's house at the price that we set, with a short time on the market, and without stress or drama.
